I'm a longtime loyal Samsung fan, but I've been trying for weeks to file a simple claim on my Note 10+ unlocked device with a cracked screen.
Asurion tells me my IMEI / Phone # aren't covered even though I show them my order # with Premium Care since day 1.
They tell me to go to Assurant, and Assurant tells me to go to Samsung. Samsung tells me to call the Premium Care number, but as my IMEI / phone # aren't in their system, I cannot connect to a human to explain the issue.
I'm desperate for some Tier 2 customer service so that I can file a claim with the insurance I've been paying for since August.
Samsung - if you're there, please help!
