Why can I not turn off notifications at all? grayed out button. have force stopped the app and still get notifications. cannot turn off auto optimize either. why can I NOT turn these off and why does force stop not actually force the app to actually STOP. if I could uninstall I would instantly. I just want it to shut up and stay off. is that too much to ask for? really?
