I was chatting with a Samsung Pro on the customer service chat feature due to a broken mic. He said my warranty is out so he'll offer me a trade in, and texted me a link from a non 1-800 phone number. I didn't click on the link but wanted to check if this is legit? Do the customer service reps send you links from another #?
