After a brief but very addicting candy cush phase, I quickly realized Digital well-being is a thing. It caused me to hang with my kids less and gave the wife less attention. I also noticed the kids were more and more on their phones as well and not so interested with what is actually going on around them, so I had to find a solution.
Funny enough, the answer was always available and simple ( yes, I know, I am the one ultimately responsible, but this forum is about using technology to solve problems, tips and tricks).
The power of " do not disturb "
It is as simple as turning it on or off.
When I use this feature

Just a little me time

In class or church, you get the picture.
With this feature you can set certain people whose texts and phone calls you can still get notifications and receive.
Bedtime mode is fairly new but also a great tool for taking back your time.
Get ready for bed by changing the screen to grayscale and muting calls, alerts, and other sounds.
You can turn it on or off or set a schedule.
Give it a try, it can be found under settings in digital wellbeing and parental control and now available in quick panel as well
