Do you get a response from a person when you submit an error report?

So, does anyone actually get a response from a human when they submit an error report, or just the same automated **bleep** message multiple times? I'm convinced Noone reads them. I was told by the chat support rep to submit one 2 months ago and I have gotten nothing but automated responses, even on follow ups.

I'm in the same boat. I've submitted like 5 varying error reports for the same problem (directed to by Samsung rep) and get the same canned reply each time. Either it's automated, or they have an unpaid intern handling those tasks

I swear. I've been told by more than one rep that a human would respond, I have yet to see that. Apparently the only thing a human does over there is censor your comments. They only just now did that....the beeped part was 2 letters and had something to do with a bull....I am so thoroughly unimpressed with samsung. Extremely disappointed that I'm going to have to switch brands.
