Well, that solutions doesn't work!
I have 10GB gallery autosynced. And I can't even get a link to open the gallery on my webbrowser:
This link leads to tha main page that says I have 10GB stored but theres no viewer or link to open the gallery!
This doesn't work!
At this time it is not possible to access teh gallery at all.
Can someone please realise that there's a problem here and try to solve it rather than just quote the instructions. The instructions are apparently wrong.
Unfortunately the only sure way to be able to recover your photos from the Samsung Cloud would be if you could log into the web version of the Samsung Cloud to download them on to your laptop.
If you forgot your password try going to the forgot password tab to tell it that you don't remember your old password. There you should be able to create a new one to be able to log into the desktop web page.
