When I click SEND on Emails using the Samsung email app (I have an S7), they're going to the Outbox, requiring me to then send them from the Outbox. This is only happening on mail I send using my company email account. My Gmail account (which I also use on Samsung app) works fine. I had a suggestion on settings from one of our engineers but that hasn't fixed it. It's been an issue for the past couple months. Suggestions?
