Solved: Error message in Game Launcher - Samsung Community

I don't know how to fix this and I've had this issue for almost a year now everytime I open game laucher this happens and I don't know how to it so if anyone could give tips/advice it would be helpful

Have you tried clearing the app cache for both the Game Launcher and Game Booster? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/

Also, try logging out of your Samsung Account and then adding it back to the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078934
