Error "Security Policy Restricts use of Camara"

Hi I am having issues using my camara on my Samsung A11. When I try to take a picture I get an error stating "Security Policy Restricts use of Camara" I have reboted and I still get the error. I have been dealing with this problem for over a week now. Please help!

I had the same problem with the same phone. Mine was resolved when I had found an update that had not notified me of one.
