FEATURE REQUEST: Replace Bixby with Google Call Screening

One of the things I miss about my Pixel phone is the seamless call screening with no user interaction needed unless necessary. I'm tired of being disturbed (when my phone isn't in DND) or otherwise to needless spam calls. If Google isn't an option - please add to the existing Samsung dialer with a similar feature.

Why not just turn spam blocking on and block all spam & scam calls and calls from unknown numbers?  They will go straight to voicemail and stay in your call list in case you miss a call you actually want.

It's a workaround but sometimes I get calls I need to answer, not go to voicemail.

Then dont block unknown numbers if you don't know which number is going to call you. It's pretty accurate at detecting known spam numbers.

You can also just forgo Samsung's dialer app and rellace it with Phone by Google, which I believe has the screening feature incorporated.

I think your missing the point of this post .. Google's dialer only has call screening on Pixel phones hence this post and request to Samsung. For the amount of $$ we pay, we shouldn't have to deal with spam calls for such a simple feature that can be either created by Samsung or working with Google to allow it on non-Pixel devices especially a flagship Samsung.

Everybody seems to mention the money they pay even though a) no one forces them to spend the money, b) features are outlined and known at the time of purchase.

Pretty sure this is a pixel exclusive feature not an android feature that Samsung can tap without an agreement with Google. Google locks a few features to their pixel phones to set them apart.

It is a Pixel exclusive.. but Samsung can do something similar and/or work with Google to enable it for their phones. Or, as stated in my original post.. create their own because the Bixby call screening works yes, but it requires interaction which defeats the purpose of screening it at all at that point.

Yes they would just need to build it and cant use what Google made already
