Samsung Apps and Services- Hello Samsung Health Team,
I really enjoy using Samsung Health, but I sometimes struggle to understand certain workout metrics and health insights provided in the app. Many of the metrics require additional research or interpretation to fully understand what they mean and how they should influence my training.
It would be extremely helpful if Samsung Health could integrate a personal AI health assistant within the app. This AI assistant could focus entirely on helping users understand their personal health and workout data.
Some useful capabilities could include:
- Explaining workout metrics and health data in simple terms
- Answering questions about workouts, heart rate zones, recovery, and other health insights
- Generating personalized workout or training plans based on the userโs goals and past activity
- Providing recommendations based on watch data and historical performance
- Integrating with Galaxy Watch to start workouts directly from the chat interface
- Continuously adapting plans based on user feedback and performance
This would make Samsung Health much more intuitive by connecting data insights โ understanding โ personalized planning โ starting workouts directly within one interface.
Even if such advanced AI features were offered as a premium subscription, I believe many users would find it extremely valuable. It would greatly improve the usability of the platform and help users make better decisions about their health and training.
Thank you for considering this suggestion.
