Feature Request: Bulk SIM Assignment Based on Contact Metadata in One UI

As a dual-SIM user managing both personal and work communications, I rely heavily on Samsung’s Contacts app. However, One UI currently lacks a way to bulk assign default SIM cards to contacts based on metadata—especially the account the contact belongs to (e.g. Gmail for personal, Exchange for work).

This limitation causes frequent issues:

  • I often accidentally call work contacts using my personal SIM, exposing my private number to colleagues.
  • Personal contacts sometimes call me on my work number, which I never intended to share.
  • These mistakes compromise my privacy and professional boundaries.

Suggested Improvement: Please consider adding a feature that allows users to:

  • Bulk assign default SIM cards to contacts based on their source account.
  • Alternatively, allow bulk assignment based on contact groups or labels.

This would significantly improve the dual-SIM experience for professionals and privacy-conscious users, and reduce the risk of miscommunication or unintended exposure of personal information.

Thank you for considering this request.

I kindly ask all members who have similar problem to react to this conversation so that it gets more visibility and increases chances for solving our problem.
