I would love to be able to see weekly activity summaries for steps, active minutes, etc instead of only daily and monthly. Also, not having a daily and weekly summary of minutes in different heart rate zones is a severe gap since heart health recommendations tend to specify weekly workout durations based on intensity.

You actually can.  Go to the section you want (such as sleep), click on it and then click on the graph icon on the upper right (between share and the menu) That will give you stats for the last 7 days or 31 days or 12 months.

1. That button is not even available in my Sleep tile. 2. When I click on that button in other tiles, it only gives me daily or monthly duration of exercise, steps, or calories burned and a list of activities (depending on the tile).

No tiles give Heart Rate zone data for more than one exercise at a time. I am not talking about the min-max or resting data, as that does not fulfill my needs.

I guess you have to be really obsessive to need that detailed of an analysis, but here is what I get:

Which, I guess, is enough for me, but not for you. I simply don't care enough to look at anything but the current day on a regular basis.  In the heart rate tile, if you scroll down to the resting heart rate trends, you will see a graph.  If you click on the graph it will show the same 7 days/31 days/12 months tabs and a chart for each day.  I do agree that they should have a complete trend graph, or at the very least, the max heart rate trends along with the resting.

I think the app is a work in progress, so I hope you get the information you want added.  I have no idea why your app doesn't show the 7 day option. My version is 6.26.7.007, but I'm quite sure that option has always been there for me.

Calling my suggestion obsessive is dismissive and non-productive, to be honest. I was simply posting a feature I think should exist when other apps and devices already do this because the AHA recommends 150 minutes per week in HR zones 1-3 or 75 minutes of vigorous higher HR activity. The data may not be perfect, but it is a decent guide to break down approximate effort from day to day or week to week, which can be helpful for minimizing injury and tracking fitness improvement as you perform the same tasks with less effort. The HR zone data is collected and displayed for each individual activity already so creating a daily/weekly dashboard doesn't seem unreasonable.

I do see the steps summary now by week (I had moved it to bottom since steps are also on the Daily Activity tile) so thanks for the pics for one of the things I mentioned at least, but honestly the daily/weekly active minutes and heart rate zones are much more useful indicators for my personal health and fitness goals.

I did not mean to sound dismissive, and I think your suggestions are reasonable. I just don't, personally, believe that that level of detail is of interest to the ordinary user. I get that many people get smart watches in order to aid in improving their fitness.
