Feature Request: add a Samsung Journal app

Why can't samsung embed quality apps of their own like this? I Download this using the pixel apk, but a journal app for samsung would be great.

On another note, how bloated do you want an operating system to be?  App stores exist for a reason - because a manufacturer can't possibly embed every single wish item that people ask for, and those that want certain types of apps can download them.  Google could very well embed it in Android, but  obviously reserved it as a Pixel exclusive.  There are several highly rated journal apps in both the Galaxy and Play stores.
