Feature request: Live notifications separate action!

We need the ability to have "Live Notifications" not to be included in the clear all function in the notification shade. 

EXAMPLE: 

Too many times I have pressed the clear all and lose my Google Live scores accidentally, with no ability to bring it back until the next game!
