This is not a strap issue. This is a serious problem that Samsung has with these watches. If one does a search on this forum, you'll finds hundreds of people with wrists (and pics) that were burnt directly beneath the watch. And if one searches off this forum, you'll find hundreds more with serious rashes & burns.
Here are just a few threads on this issue from this forum: (There are many more threads.)
I'd recommend not wearing the watch at all. The Samung person who reached out to you above (SamsungMoon) has already helped many people with this probem... Unfortunately, It is a fairly common problem. And Samsung keeps the solution under their vest so no one really knows what Samsung is doing to solve the problem.
Incidentally many people have incurred doctors' expenses as a result of this problem. - - And this problem has not impacted the older Gear S3 watches which is what I happen to have... So, it's defintely certain models of Samsung watches that are causing the problems. I'm surprised Samsung continues to sell them.
It might be helpful if you report back on this forum as to how Samsung resolves your problem... Most often, no one ever hears back how Samsung remedies the problem you are experienceing; this would be helpful information for other Samsung customers to know about. Good luck in resolving your problem.
