Gear Wearable with Gear S3 Frontier LTE changing Voice Mail Settings on TMobile Account
Over the last several months my Gear S3 Frontier LTE has been observed changing the Voice Mail call forward settings within the TMobile environment. It seems to happen when I either leave the phone home and go "Standalone" or when I turn the watch off to charge at night and turn it back on in the morning. I have worked with TMobile customer service, and they cannot identify why or how this is happening. It is creating a difficult situation because I never know if someone can leave me a VM or where it is. I also prefer to use my Google Voice account for my VM, and the system keeps replacing that number with the number of myGear S3 Frontier LTE Watch for VM. If anyone can assist, that would be great.
