Gemini No longer Making Calls

Not sure why this stopped all of a sudden. When I try to use Gemini to call one of my contacts, I see the visual prompt that it's dialing, however the call is not made. 

I switched back to Google Assistant and works perfectly. 

Any suggestions?

There is a new Play System update that dropped today see if that fixes things.

Clear cache in the Gemini app.
