Is there a chance you could add the option to go back to the minimalist lockscreen notifications like in this photo? I think "we" as a collective hate the 3 full sized persistent notifications vs status bar only notifications as our only options. Clean and concise is what "we" want back. Thank you for your time and consideration. 

Edit: For those of you getting stuck on the "we", I'm merely saying "we" would like option to be available instead of forced to the new setup. It covers most of the lockscreen wallpaper. Better???

I happen to like the new lock screen setup and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I don't believe you should be using the term "we" unless you have interviewed every single Samsung user giving you verifiable data.

I think this new lock screen looks awesome, but it would be cool if they added an option to bring back the old one for those who liked it more customization options never hurt, right?

Should it be an option for those who want it? Sure.

But the "minimalist lock screen notifications" are objectively less efficient than banners.

I'm sure there's some programming disadvantage to doing this, but I can't understand why when there's an update made that you can't have a button to revert to the previous icons or format. I understand the update needs to be done for security reasons, but changing icons, emojis, etc back to the previous version should be able to be implemented.

You don't need to qualify goodlock feature requests by claiming authority of the masses. The entire point of goodlock is individualized customization. Just request the feature through members app feedback or by leaving a review requesting it on the galaxy store listing for lockstar.
