A little history for perspective; I tell my customers that I'm an encyclopedia when it comes to Galaxy phones, sold them for 6 years now.
Something that has bugged me for too long now after many failed attempts to fix is the way that, my Google voice ro text will do fine on the first text. Will appear to do fine on the second text, will record one word I say, and then will just abruptly stop with recording. This is so unbelievably annoying, make me basically have to repeat the next thing I say, twice.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled everything related I can think of, have cleared every cache I can find.
Still no fixes. Please help if you how to fix! Much appreciated for any help resolving this needless bug!
I have an s22 ultra all recent updates and all apps are up to date on both Galaxy store and Google Play
I'm short of screaming at the top of my lungs about this. For the past 3-6 months the voice input for VTT hasn't worked properly at all. I will be speaking and it will suddenly just stop recoding my voice. I would have spoken a whole paragraph and it only captures the first 3 words. I'm getting sick and tired of this, I use VTT when I cannot stop and pull my phone out like when I am driving or when I need both of my hands for a project at work.
I have the same issue with my S22 Ultra. I try composing a text message with Bixby, which cuts me off after about five words. When I use Google Assistant, it lets me talk until I'm done composing the message. I'm not sure why Samsung even has Bixby on this device. It has never worked properly.
I chatted with Samsung several times, and they don't have a clue what's going on.
Try Gboard and see if it does the exact same thing. I've been using gboard for 3 years now and I enjoy it. It's much better than the Samsung keyboard in my opinion.
That's when I think mine went crazy after the December update 😅 What is going on my text went crazy for a minute and I fought on the phone with Samsung & T-Mobile finally it's working it messed up after the January update. You would think that they would work on the updates to perfection before they drop it to everyone's phone it's a mess😢
