Is there not a Samsung customer service number that I can call to figure out how to get my channel guide working again. I’ve tried 10 different so-called solutions that I have found through Google and on this board and none of them work. It is a relatively new Samsung TV and my other Samsung TVs work fine.

Now I have had three replies that I cannot read It says widgets cannot be displayed One I read in email Clock is correct and I do not know about privacy settings but I will look into Thanks
