Hey guys, so there are issues here that I've noticed would benefit by contacting Samsung Support. If you have the Samsung Members app its super easy to get a hold of them. Now don't get me wrong I'm happy to help people out and in fact I love helping people. However,the community doesn't know everything and we are not Samsung tech agents. We may knowmour phones, but there are some things that even puzzle us. So sometimes it pays to contact support first and talk to them about it.
Last time I tried support, I was told it's a carrier issue. Carrier told me it's Samsung issue, and I am STILL not getting answers. I am BEYOND frustrated. Thousand dollar phone and I can't even get security updates. Someone needs to step up, cause I hear Apple calling.
Have you tried the chat option? The phone option tends to push the blame on to the carrier. The chat people tend to take their time in answering things. At least in my experience.
