This response conflicts with the HBOMax account page. It states cancellation of my HBOMax subscription must be done through my Samsung account.
Hello, I apologize for the frustration this has caused. I was able to locate the steps on managing your account online. Please click here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00085942/ and follow the steps under the Manage your Samsung account to change your email, phone, password, etc. tab for further assistance.
Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
