Health App Not Registering Steps Completely

In my health App, it is generally counting my Steps and my target rings have completely closed. But on the daily activity page, no Steps have been counted and the ring is completely empty. Any thoughts?

You should submit a bug report via the Samsung Members app -> Support-> Send feedback

I'm seeing the same thing.
