How does Bixby know when "Bedtime" is or when I'm "Sleeping"?

If I create a routine that is triggered by the Bedtime IF option how does Bixby decide when that is?

Likewise, how does Bixby know when I'm sleep with I the that as an IF option?

Can I please have the version of Bixby routines you are running? An option would be using the IF time option in Bixby Routines as it allows you to set the times.

I assume the version I have is most current since it's running on a Galaxy S10.

I understand I could use the IF time option but I just wondered about the "Before Bed" and the "Sleeping" option.  What time parameters do they use?  If I chose one of them and use the Then;  dim my screen, how do I know when that will happen?

@mikecox39  this is determined by the time at which you set the "if" at. Ex: If it's 11pm, dim the screen, turn on do not disturb. I'm not specifically seeing a preset option for sleeping. It may use a preset time as well.

OH! That is just text, a name.  It isn't a trigger, like Place or Wired headphones. Dah!
