How to delete unneeded Apps?

New Galaxy 22+.  I am from the Appleverse.  How to delete unneeded Apps?.

Hold down the icon and a menu should pop up that says uninstall

Swipe down on the homescreen to go to your all drawer then just hold down the app you want to get rid of

However, understand there's some apps baked right into the phone as bloatware and you will not be able to remove them, you may not even be able to disable them.
