I am assuming you are using Samsung Contacts as I am. In the Contacts app, tap the hamburger menu icon then + Create Group. Name the group and add members from you contacts list. You will need to send a group email from the Contacts app by tapping the group name then Send Email from the three-dot menu. It may work a little differently if you use Google Contacts or another app.
