Seems like it's only effecting 'older' Samsung devices. I'm using the Line app to communicate with teammates who have newer devices and are unaffected. Ones with older devices are experiencing the exact same issues

I would recommend asking your teammates about their devices and then sending the information to the app developer.

Great! If you can get their Model Codes and Baseband Versions, it may help the developers narrow it down.
