How to get an IR sensory app for Galaxy s10e.

And that's the problem.  What is the thing MOST people want to do with the remote? Turn the set on. The problem with going through the internet is,  the set cannot be controlled that way UNTIL it is on. So, you still have to use the TV remote for that. 

So eliminating the IR Blaster did create a problem  that I don't see a way to solve.  Do you,

1. The smart tv IS on. It's always in a stanby mode, so has power and should be capable of wifi commands if firmware update would allow. 2. Currently cannot get into smart tv service menu without an IR blaster.

can I download this and make it work? sorry new to this and finding a lot of mixed information. I feel like google implies I can simply download the software and it might work, but I'm not trying to wreck my phone in the process. any info helps. thanks!
