Hi, I am having trouble with in app purchases. I keep getting 'couldn't complete purchase .... Contact Customer Service.... blah blah blah'. I have contacted samsung/galaxy store but after there suggestins have failed they have asked for log files and given (complicated) instructions for debugging. It all seems a bit extremeand they may as well be talking Klingon for all I understand. Has anyone else had this issue? The app is installed through Galaxy Store (someone said Galaxy store and Google play aren't compatable). I'm now at a loss what to do.
• Turn off the device.• Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.• When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.• An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.• Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.• Press Power key to select.• Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.• When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.• Press the Power key to restart the device.
To be honest I don't understand. I went onto bixby and now I can't turn off my tablet and can't uninstall Bixby and I don't even know what bixby is anyway and I don't want it. Everything is messed up and i don't understand. Sorry you tried to help but I don't understand.
