I took my phone to a Mobile Repair Klinik and they used this diagnostic app. Is this a legit Samsung diagnostic app?

Haven't seen that app before and it looks like it hasn't been updated since 2017. I'd say the app is inauthentic since it's not being managed by Samsung anymore

I confirmed with Mobile Repair Klinik that this is their proprietary diagnostic tool that they use.
