I'm using SM-P580 and Samsung+ App ask me to update the application to use it. However, I can't update it because Samsung Members app is no longer supported for SM-P580 in Google Play. I can't find the app in Galaxy Store with my tablet as well. (Even though still I can find the app in Google play with my S10) What can I do?
So arent there any kinds of alternative options to be supported on self diagnosis or troubleshootings from Samsung directly? I had been able to maintain my Tab A and troubleshoot several issues thanks to Samsung+. I mean it had been quite helpful for me and I want to keep using those kinds of "functions".
