I wanted to check my mobile balance and typed the command to check my balance and then a message saying MMI complete pops up , any help?

Sometimes mobile users can see the message mmi complete when they are trying to contact customer care or recharge using shortcut codes provided by mobile network service providers. This mmi complete message will appears when there is no network connectivity or poor signal. It also occurs when the network changes from 2g to 3g, that is E (Edge) to H(High speed network)..

 

Solution: Select the preferred network or register the network under settings and then try again using the code or restart the mobile, it will be fixed after sometimes when there is a good signal or after registered on any of the 2g/ 3g connection completely .
