Issue with Netflix

Have 2 month old QLED 58"  Q60T

Until 2 days ago Netflix worked fine. Now when we try to watch anything on Netflix it will stream for a minute or so and then freeze.  Network hard wired, Netflix account is fine since it works on our Fire Stick.  Tried signing out of Netflix and back in, no luck. Tried Reloading the App again no luck. Have even powered down the TV several times for several minutes in hopes that it would clear the glitch but that didn't work.  Any other thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

 

PS  All the other features, Apps and streaming work fine as they did from day one...

try check some tv update and do a factory reset in setting general

reset the smart hub it worked for me. you will have to sign back in to your accounts afterwards.
