I had my phone and service through family I have since moved my device and service under my own name .
I believe that the family member that had access to my device has set up a MDM and is using a locked work profile on my device to monitor my device remotely.
Firstly id just like to confirm its possible and secondly I'd like to remove the unwanted access to my device . I have a locked work profile I can't access that has all promissions enabled and I can not remove them . I can not interact with the locked parts of my phone and really would like my privacy back without confronting this individual
I havr the same issue with a phone I bought brand new from Verizon. Thr Knox enrollment show some company with the name Siteone Landscape is managing my phone, which is bull€£¥₩. I habe contacted Samsung, Verizon and Sitrone and they all point fingers at thr other, or insist that I bought the phone second hand! Which is not true. Knox security is a scam.
