Login to Samsung Account with "Sign in to Galaxy Device"

Sometimes, some samsung services ask to sign in to Samsung account and prompts an option to "Sign in to Galaxy Device" if the account is logged in on the device. Clicking the button will ask a very simple yes-no question. Clicking yes will log in to the Samsung account signed in. It is insecure and this may compromise the security of the Samsung account. Instead it should ask for password/biometrics.

You do not have to turn that feature on if you do not feel it secure enough to use.  Unless you are in the habit of letting everyone and anyone have access to your phone, it is a secure enough method for sign in.  In the first place, the notification does not appear unless the phone is unlocked and you are on your home screen. In the second place, one would assume you are near enough to your phone when logging in to your account.  If you are not near your phone at the time, and you are logging in on a different device, they offer other options for sign in and they also send an email so you can just go to your email to complete the confirmation. If you are seeing the message in your first image, you do actually have your phone in your hand, so what's the big deal if you press it.  As I said, if your phone is locked, no one else can get to that area of your phone to activate the sign in.
