Is anyone fed up with samsung customer support. Everything I try to speak with someone on the phone or even the chat it takes forever. I love my galaxy, but customer support is also important to me and I won't be on hold for 40 minutes. Maybe going back to apple. At least I can go to the brick place to talk to them.
