There's currently a bug in maintenance mode and motion smoothness not being updated after exiting.
1- Motion smoothness set to "Adaptive" (120HZ)
2- Boot into maintenance mode, then change motion smoothness to "Standard" (60HZ)
3- Exit maintenance mode.
From here on the device will be using 60HZ even though if you go to settings it will say it's on "Adaptive", i.e 120HZ. but using a display tester or developer tools, it is in fact running on 60HZ.
