Maybe somebody can help me 🤔

I m having a problem with my phone i have a Samsung 8 and my son would help me with problems with my phone when I would try to fix something I mess up on🥺 my phone.

Since this virus i haven't seen him since Easter and i m in a heathcare center waiting on to have surgery for new hips, so were on lockdown nobody can come in or leave,

In fact we have to stay in our room and if we come out we must wear a mask.😷

So my phone was telling me that i had used all my memory and data and that scared me because I didn't have my son.

So i tryed to fix it my self🤣 i went through my phone and found stuff i didn't know i had but i think i got some of it right but now i can not down load anything and open web site that people set me and i dont know what to do.

I m told by some people that i need more memory and that i have to many pictures 🥺.

I have tryed calling Samsung but i don't get any one and the same with att.

Please if anyone can help i would be very grateful.

Thank you Zanovia

@userFmapLOAtMx Hello Zanovia,

I found a link you can use for directions on deleting pictures from your phone.

I also recommend clearing the cache partition.

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.
  3. When the Android logo displays, release all keys ('Installing system update' will show for about 30 - 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options).
  4. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight “wipe cache partition.”
  5. Press the Power key to select.
  6. Press the Volume down key to highlight “yes” and press the Power key to select.
  7. When the wipe cache partition is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted.
  8. Press the Power key to restart the device.
