Are you using a web browser or the Samsung members app?
If you are using the web browser, click on your name in the top right corner, click on my profile, then click on the avatar section and you will be able to change your profile picture.
If you are using the Samsung members app, click on the 3 dots in the top right corner, then click on settings, and click on edit photo.
Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
