My messages, don't go out. Delivered...however I am able to receive messages perfecto.

Same. It's been like this for over a year. I send messages and it gives me a error. Most of the time the person still receives the text even tho my phone told me It didn't send. (Samsung Messages)

If you're talking about text messages sent via Samsung Messages or Google Messages, please contact your carrier as they provide your texting services.

If you're talking about any other messaging app, like Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, please contact the app's tech support team.

What messaging app are you using would be a big help to diagnose your problem?

Switch to GOOGLE messages , it will solve most of your problems.
