We are developing an OTT platform app for Tizen and would like to serve it to our region. Northern Cyprus and Turkey.
Our Samsung Seller account is active. However, since our current situation here is Public Group, we can only activate the application in the USA.
Since Turkey IP address are valid in Northern Cyprus, we need to make a Partnership request in our account in order to activate the application in Europe (specially in Cyprus) and Turkey (especially Turkish Cyprus).
When we tried this partnership request, the system asking the e-mail address of the "Samsung Contents Manager" for our region (which has to be Turkey). Can you help us with this?
