My new tv stopped working one month after I got it. I have called samsung and they put me in contact with an authorized service. On last friday I was informed to wait until monday to hear from them. It didn't happen. Contacted them on tuesday and was informed that they didn`t have the piece to fix it and that it was showing that the tv should be replaced. I have contacted samsung and they told me it would take 24-48h for them to contact me. It didn't happen. I have contacted samsung yesterday and they are saying that they`ll contact me today . I highly doubt it. A tv can break and I am willing to accept that it was bad luck, what is unacceptable is waiting one week to hear back from a company, that states their number one concern is the costumer, with no perspective as to when will they fix the problem.
