The calendars being displayed are the ones attached to your Google account. Go here https://calendar.google.com/ (make sure you're on desktop view) and select the + next to "Other calendars" in the left panel. Find "Browse calendars of interest" and add Jewish holidays from the Global religious holidays section. Make sure that sync is turned on and that this calendar is enabled under your Google account in the app afterwards.
