No customer service reps?!?!?!?!?!?

I have tried calling samsung financing td bank. every time i wait like 30 mins and no one picks up. no messages no wait times????? What do I do???? I am unable to access my online account. Are there any alternatives?

I have the same problem, I cannot access my online account and now I have a late fee charge, I have been calling customer service 2 hours waiting on the phone and no answer, thats ridiculous. I cannot believe this.
