Samsung Apps and ServicesI am using Samsung Messaging (SMS).
When a multimedia message is sent to either of our phones (ZFold-3 & A13), they will not download if Mobile Data is turned off. That's not a big problem because what I receive is a message that tells me that the MM message can't be downloaded and gives me the size of the real message.
The problem is that this notification message does not notify me with any sound even though all my other messages provide a sound when they come so I have no idea that there is a pending MM message unless I happen to look at my phones. I don't want to leave Mobile Data on all the time so I only turn it on when needed.
How can I make the message notification notify me?

Samsung Apps and ServicesLet me make it clearer. I am using Samsung SMS.
When a message arrives, I ALWAYS get a notification sound UNLESS the following is true:
- Mobile Data is OFF which stops all images and MultiMedia Messages.
When that is the case, I get the Notification below.
If I then turn Mobile Data on, the real message will download and I will get the Notification sound.
The problem is that this message itself shown does not trigger a notification sound so, unless I look at my phone, I don't know that a message has arrived that can't be downloaded.
I see no setting that would apply.

Thanks but it's so frustrating. I have chatted with Samsung multiple times but I always forget to do it in the morning and they are soooo slow to respond, I have to leave before I get an answer.
