I only play bubble pop & card games, but I finally got the sound to work! Go to settings: Sounds and Vibrations: Sound Quality and Effects. Enable Dolby Atmos for gaming.
Same with my S10e software update yesterday, I lost audio on the games. I uninstalled/reinstalled and tried so many games and 2% would work... I talked with tech support from Samsung Bot, & my mobile carrier.... nobody knows. I'm glad I googled again and found this post.
