I’m frustrated. Spent 3 hours total on various customer care calls and been bouncing around the different departments. How do I get the reward points? I placed two orders and was supposed to get 20000+ reward points but my account doesn’t even allow me to enroll in points system. I was told to create a new account so the points can be transferred to that one but nothing there as well. Do I just forget about 20K reward points? Can someone please help?
