Not receiving SMS messages from a bank

When I get a text from a bank to answer Y for yes or N for no It will not go through. Can't send.I try to resend and same result. Where in my settings can I change to allow those to go through?

Are you using a Samsung messaging app? Try to type Yes instead of just Y
