Samsung Apps and Services
So I have a dilemma. I have some sensitive information recorded in the notes of my last phone, a galaxy a11. That phone has broken and now I'm using another galaxy a11 with the same Samsung profile and Google. I need help recovering those notes. Does anyone have any ideas how I could do this?

To the best of my knowledge, you would have had to opted in to 'auto-save' to the Samsung cloud on your old phone and then they would load to your new phone, otherwise, the notes exist only on your old phone.

Dan is correct. if you were syncing your Notes to the Samsung Cloud, then you should be able to restore them on your new device.
